Join us for a Sweet and Serene Saturday morning practice at Black Birch Vineyard, located at 108 Straits Road, North Hatfield. Take in the sights and sounds of nature as you breath and move through your postures. Classes are suitable to all levels. This is a weather permitting class.

Please bring your own mat, towel, and any other props you like!
