Anastasia Ezequelle

Anastasia has been practicing various styles of yoga for over a decade. Her dedication to the practice deepened in 2013 when she took an Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga class at Miami Life Center, where she continued to practice under the guidance of Patrick Nolan. She soon discovered that yoga had roots far beyond the physical practice—it was also a spiritual path and a journey of self-inquiry. She has maintained a regular Ashtanga Yoga practice ever since.

Anastasia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Corpo Yoga in 2015 and her 300-hour advanced training in 2019 with Beryl Bender Birch through The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute. In 2023, she completed the 200-hour Foundations of Ayurveda training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

Her teaching focuses on Ashtanga Basics, Vinyasa Yoga, yoga philosophy for teacher trainings and Ayurveda workshops. Through her teaching, Anastasia encourages students to explore yoga as a method of self-awareness, mindfulness and connection.
