At Cadence Yoga Center, we believe that our true yoga begins when we step off our mats and move through the world. The mission of our humble and welcoming community is to eliminate the misconceptions about what yoga is and demonstrate that a yoga practice is much more than postures. Together we’ll experience the natural cadence of breath, movement, and unity. We’ll develop and refine our yoga practices and begin to unveil our life’s purpose (our dharma).
Cadence Yoga teaches the practices and principals of yoga through the development of self-care and self-study. It provides an environment for students to learn the yoga techniques that suit their own, individual needs. Students are offered the depth of a yoga practice beyond the physical postures, with the classical eight-limbed path in mind.
Cadence Yoga is deeply connected to military Veterans and their families. We offer specialized classes using the tools of Mindful Yoga Therapy (MYT). To learn more about MYT, click here.
